Sales positions at Technology Alignment require knowledge of the area you're selling to. In this case PBX or Key Telephone systems and networking equipment. Sales representatives are provided leads from the Telemarketers and cold calls and in turn turn the prospects to customers reselling our products. We can train for this position and you'll need to make a personal effort, if you don't have the experience, to learn the industry, our products and those of our competitors. Base salary is determined by your experience in this area. We also groom Sales Level 2 who want to advance to sales.

You'll be selling in multiple areas (WE TRAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH THE RIGHT ATTITUDES):

VoIPTelCaster PBX/Telephony Sales Positions with upsells in other areas (Entry level to 3 or more years of experience): We are looking for highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales associates who understand the direct telecommunications equipment sales experience to sell VoIPTelCaster SIP/VoIP solutions, and data solutions including our Pioneer Gateway Business Class Routers. Technology Alignment will train the right individuals for the position if you have that sales attitude and can close sales.

Requirements:

  • Excellent prospecting skills, a strong work ethic and solid closing skills are all requirements of this position. Knowledge of Telephone Systems, IP Data and Voice Communications services are also necessary in order to be successful. The candidate must be able to prospect into defined targeted markets, speak to and make presentations to senior level decision makers. Candidate must target new business opportunities with existing and new customers through identification and analysis of customer telecommunication needs. We sell only to to Value Added Resellers (Partners) and not the end-users (companies using our systems).
    • Sales of a high-end IP PBX systems that competes with Cisco, Avaya, NEC, Panasonic, Samsung and many others.
    • Sales of high-end business class routers
    • Sales of CRM/Supply Chain Management applications
    • Sales of Strategic Partner solutions such as Microsoft™ Exchange™ Server Replacements
    • Sales of Linux enterprise servers (based on our Pioneer MigrationSERVER)
    • Sales of high-end surveillance systems (coming 2nd quarter of 2010)

This position is responsible for direct sales and system configuration for prospective clients. Previous sales experience with products listed above is preferred but we will train the right individual.
